We loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the pool. The breakfast was lovely with freshly cooked omelettes and great French rolls. This hotel is located in a nice quiet area close to city centre markets and fairly close to the airport.
Nothing to be said.

As a young couple, we stayed in this hotel for three nights. Although slightly out of town, the tuk-tuk drivers across the road took us easily to Pub Street and the main market. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, air conditioning and large windows overlooking the pool area. the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially during the delicious buffet breakfast. We enjoyed spending time around the pool, taking advantage of the happy hour there.
Some aspects of the hotel were a bit noisy due to traffic outside and tour buses unloading guests, making it difficult to relax fully.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a made, to, order egg station, and the pool area was well, maintained and a great place to relax. the hotel's proximity to the market and local restaurants was very convenient, with everything being within walking distance. On top of that, the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport which made departing seamless.
Our room faced a busy street, so the noise level made it difficult to sleep at times. the staff's limited English made it somewhat challenging to communicate our needs and expectations.

Rooms and location
The hotel is well located close to the city center, making it easy to move around and explore the area during a business trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel falls short in terms of management and customer service. The staff is often indifferent and unhelpful, making guests feel unwelcome. On top of that, the hotel lacks proper lighting in public areas and pests are not uncommon in some rooms. the lack of care and attention from management and staff overshadowed any potential positive aspects of the hotel.
